Fennel, 2 heads
cut into thin strips
Lemon juice, 1/2 cup
freshly squeezed
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Salt, 1½ flat teaspoons
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon

Preparation

1. Cut the fennel heads into thin strips and place in a bowl.
2. Add the lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper.
3. Mix everything well (it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator for two or three days and no more).
