Ingredients

Sugar, 8 flat teaspoons
to taste
Water, 1/2 cup
boiled
Mint, 2 handfuls
without stalks, to taste
Lemon, 1 medium unit
without peel and seeds
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed, to taste
Ice, 2 molds of 14 cubes each
as needed

Preparation

1. Mix the sugar in half a cup of boiling water and cooling (sugar water).
2. Wash the mint well (leaves only).
3. Add all the ingredients to the blender and grind until it becomes frozen in the desired texture (you can reduce the lemon if you do not like the frozen too sour. Also, you can add more mint to taste or reduce from the sugar amount - there are no rules here).
4. Drink and enjoy! (:

Equipment: any blender that can grind ice.

Make sure to remove the seeds from the peeled lemon (you can also use half a peeled lemon and not a whole lemon for a more refined sour taste). It is recommended to serve in a glass with a slice of lemon, mint leaves, straw and sugared cherry.
