Following a personal need I started a low carb diet about a year ago. I did a healthy diet study for diabetics, celiacs, people who are sensitive to lactose and allergic to chocolate. I set up the blog where I upload my special recipes, I am not afraid to try, combine and discover new and mostly healthy flavors.
I graduated in visual communication 8 years ago, a bachelor’s degree in film and art direction studies. In 2010 I opened my branding studio with my husband. We specialize in branding restaurants and food products mainly, packaging, points of sale, exhibitions, advertisements and more. I was always a baker, I finished a few baking workshops, but until a year ago all my cakes were bursting with chocolate, puddings and full of sugar, and following a personal need I started baking healthy, I was accompanied by a naturopath for a year and learned the world of herbs and healthy substitutes, proteins, carbs and and today I incorporate all this knowledge into my recipes.
Italian - doughs, pizzas, pastas and of course French baking - eclairs, macaroons and more.

I immigrated to Israel at the age of 6, until then we lived in Russia, we had an apartment and a house in the village for weekends. I remember that at home in this village I would run in our big open fields and pick fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and cherries, and all this we would collect and bring home and there I would bake with my grandmother various rolls with cherries, cakes with berries and what not… what a nostalgia!
We need to enjoy every moment! So even sick people, with diabetes or celiac disease or lactose intolerant, can enjoy healthy cakes and pastries, each according to what suits him, because these are the smallest and most important pleasures of life.
