Hi, my name is Iris and I am Maya's mother, wife and tour guide. I love coriander, guava, celery and eggplant, and lots of other things. What I can not stand is okra. I dedicate the blog with love to the frustrated cooks and bakes or just those with left hands.

I have done all sorts of things in my life that if I try to find a common denominator it will be "nature", "adventure" and especially curiosity... With that curiosity I connected many years ago to my very great love - food, and one that would be delicious.
