Vegan Soy Milk Pudding with Oat and Banana

Vegan pudding of soy milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, oat, raspberries and bananas - a healthy and delicious vegan personal dessert

Soy milk, 1/2 cup
Oat, 2 tablespoons
Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon
Flax seeds, 1½ teaspoons
Cinnamon, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Banana, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Raspberry, 1 handful
raw or frozen


1. Heat the soy milk a little and mix it with the oat, chia seeds, flax seeds and cinnamon.
2. Wait about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
3. Place the banana in a glass/bowl, top with the layer of soy milk and oat and top with the raspberries.

Possible variations: 1. You can add ground coconut, chopped walnuts, goji berry and the like to the dish. 2. You can sweeten the oat mixture with 0.5 teaspoon of natural maple syrup or add diced dates.
