Easy vegan coconut pudding with the addition of fruits like strawberry, kiwi and blueberry or whatever you like

Coconut cream, 400 ml
preferably without preservatives
Chia seeds, 4 tablespoons
Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
Strawberry, 8 medium units
to taste
Kiwi, 4 medium units without shell
to taste
Blueberry, 1/2 cup
to taste


1. Mix the coconut cream, chia seeds and maple syrup.
2. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
3. Serve with a variety of seasonal fruits.
