Ingredients
The First Layer
Rice milk, 1/2 cup
Chia seeds, 2 tablespoons
The Second Layer
Pomegranate seeds, 1/4 cup
The Third Layer
Rice milk, 1/2 cup
Chia seeds, 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder, 1 flat teaspoon
Stevia sweetener, 1 g
Above and Around
Banana, 1 medium unit
Kiwi, 1 medium unit
Blueberries, 1½ cups
Preparation
1. Start with the first layer: Put the chia seeds soaked in the rice milk in a serving glass.
2. Second layer: scatter the pomegranate seeds.
3. The third layer: add the additional chia seeds (also soaked in the rice milk) and add the cocoa powder and sweetener.
4. Above and around: Garnish with banana, kiwi and blueberry slices.
