Mango Granita

Delicious vegan mango granita - natural, fresh, cold and mostly refreshing

Ingredients

Mango, 1 medium unit
ripe, peeled and cut into cubes
Orange juice, 1 cup
cold
Triple Sec liqueur, 1/4 cup
Cointreau or other orange liqueur
Sugar, 1/3 cup
Ice cubes, 20-24 units
Mint, 1 stalk

Preparation

1. Mash all the ingredients (except the mint) in a blender until you get a slush texture.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
3. Serve immediately.
