Wholegrain spelt flour, 1 cup
Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
Blue agave syrup, 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon
Oats milk, 1/2 cup
Coconut oil, 3 tablespoons
1. In a large bowl add the spelt flour, baking powder, agave syrup and vanilla essence. Add in the oats milk, and stir/whisk until combined (you can whisk until smooth or until nearly smooth so the pancakes have more texture).
2. Heat a large non-stick pan/frying pan over a medium heat mark 2 and grease the pan with some coconut oil and wait until the pan is hot.
3. Scoop up 1/4 cup of batter with a spoon and drop them into the pan forming small-medium sized pancakes. Allow to cook until you see small bubbles forming on the top of the pancake, at this point flip them over and cook for another two minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
