Ingredients

Cocoa powder, 3 flat tablespoons
high quality
Medjool date, 3 units
pitted
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
high quality
Cashew, 1 handful
natural (or bleached almonds)
Water, 1 cup
estimated amount

Preparation

1. Grind all the vegan chocolate milk ingredients well in a professional blender (gradually add the water to the desired thickness).
2. Heat the chocolate on the gas in the cezve and serve hot and pampering vegan chocolate milk.
3. Enjoy (:
Tip
You can add orange zest, lemon zest or cinnamon powder (whatever you like).

Equipment: professional blender, cezve (finjan).

The preparation method also includes cooking. You can also make cold vegan chocolate milk: after grinding, simply transfer to the refrigerator to cool, or at the grinding stage use ice cubes instead of water. If your blender does not grind professionally and efficiently - you can replace the cashews/bleached almonds with sugar-free almond milk or on the other hand strain the chocolate milk after grinding. Please note: if you keep the vegan chocolate milk in the refrigerator after grinding, it will thicken and become a kind of pudding. In this case, dilute with water before heating.
